The importance of regular maintenance in protecting your home

Nearly every large repair we quote started as something small that nobody looked at. A cracked seal around a shower is a twenty-minute job. Left for two winters it becomes a floor. A gutter that overflows in heavy rain is a bracket; left alone it is a fascia board and then a soffit. We are not going to pretend a maintenance visit is exciting. But the arithmetic is not close, and the jobs that hurt are almost never the ones people saw coming.
